Flyingduck Plans: Freemium vs Premium

Flyingduck offers Freemium for beginners and Premium for enterprises.

📌 Accessing Your Plan Details

• In the top-right corner, click on your organization name.
• A dropdown menu will appear.
• Click on Plan to view details about your subscription.
• You will be redirected to the Upgrade Plan page.

Choose the Right Plan for You

Note: Your current plan will be highlighted under either the Freemium or Premium column depending on your subscription.

📌 Accessing the Contact Support Form

• Click on the Contact Support button.
• A pop-up form will appear with your organization’s details pre-filled automatically.
• You only need to enter additional details like your phone number and the reason for contact.
• Click on Request Callback to submit your request.

Note: The form will automatically fill in your First Name, Last Name, Company Name, and Email based on your organization’s profile.

Once submitted, our support team will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.

👑 Premium Badge for Organizations

If you are a Premium user, a crown symbol 👑 will be displayed beside your organization name in your profile.
