Scheduling a Summary Report
To schedule a recurring summary report, follow these steps:
Step 1: Access the Reports Section

Click on Administration in the sidebar.

Navigate to Reports.

Click on the Add Scheduled Report button.
This will open a pop-up form to create your scheduled report.
Step 2: Configure Report Details
- In the popup, fill in the required details.
- Set Report Type to Summary Report.
- Click the Next button to proceed to the scheduling step.
Step 3: Set the Report Schedule
- Choose when you want the report to be generated:
- Weekly – the report will be generated once every week.
- Monthly – the report will be generated once a month.
- Select the desired date, time, and time zone.
- Click Next to proceed.
Step 4: Select Recipients
- Under Recipients, you will have three options:
- Users
- Groups
- Channels
- From the Select Users dropdown, choose the recipients for the report.
Step 5: Finalize the Schedule
- Click Add Scheduled Report to complete the setup.
What Happens Next
- The report will be automatically generated based on your selected schedule.
- A copy of the report will be sent to the email address associated with your account.
- Since this is a recurring report, it will continue to be generated according to the schedule (weekly or monthly).
💡 Make sure your email is correctly configured to receive scheduled reports.
