Scheduling a Summary Report

To schedule a recurring summary report, follow these steps:

Step 1: Access the Reports Section

  1. Click on Administration in the sidebar.

  2. Navigate to Reports. Reports

  3. Click on the Add Scheduled Report button.

    This will open a pop-up form to create your scheduled report.

Step 2: Configure Report Details

  1. In the popup, fill in the required details.

  1. Set Report Type to Summary Report.
  2. Click the Next button to proceed to the scheduling step.

Step 3: Set the Report Schedule

  1. Choose when you want the report to be generated:

  • Weekly – the report will be generated once every week.
  • Monthly – the report will be generated once a month.
  1. Select the desired date, time, and time zone.
  2. Click Next to proceed.

Step 4: Select Recipients

  1. Under Recipients, you will have three options:

  • Users
  • Groups
  • Channels
  1. From the Select Users dropdown, choose the recipients for the report.

Step 5: Finalize the Schedule

  • Click Add Scheduled Report to complete the setup.

What Happens Next

  • The report will be automatically generated based on your selected schedule.
  • A copy of the report will be sent to the email address associated with your account.
  • Since this is a recurring report, it will continue to be generated according to the schedule (weekly or monthly).

💡 Make sure your email is correctly configured to receive scheduled reports.
